Nice stay at Cappadocia View Hotel

We had a nice stay the Cappadocia View Hotel. It was located on the main road, but slightly away from the busiest section which was a nice escape from the noise and crowds. Our room are a bit dated, but tidy and comfortable (beds on the more firm side). We didn't end up getting breakfast at the hotel, but the rooftop patio is nice with great views. The staff were very friendly.

We had an excellent time here at Cappadocia view hotel. The staff were very attentive and nice. The room was spacious for 5 of us. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. We came in January, was very cold but we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops.

Absolutely love the stay. Hotel itself is great doesn’t have a lot of breakfast options included (was not a big deal to us) as many great restaurants are with in 5 minutes walking distance

Awesome view and value!

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Right from the beginning the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Ceyda and the other man we're always willing to help with any issues that we had. Friendly's staff we've seen yet in Turkey! The hotel's friendly resident Pomeranian and cat were such a joy as well. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. The view from the upstairs terrace allows you to see the hot air balloons in fairy chimneys. The location was very good and close enough to walk to the center of town and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was amazing, The price was unbeatable for what you get. The only issue we had it all was the very sketchy Wi-Fi in our room. The first couple of days it worked okay and then we couldn't get any wifi for our last two days in spite of attempts from the staff to remedy it. I think our room was too far from the modem so my recommendation for the hotel would be to get a extender so that some of the rooms farther away will still have Wi-Fi. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience, washroom lock and faucet were broken. Soon after checking in, I complained about these issues and I was told that these will be fixed, but even at the time of check out, none of these were fixed. There was no wifi signals in the room. On top of all, there was party going on the street right besides the hotel and the music was so loud that it felt like its happening within the premise. It went on until 1 am and we couldnt sleep until then.

Its doesnt look like as in the advert. Staff are friendly however no response for the complaint raised. Wifi tooo no sloww. Leaking bathroom roof. Hair dryer was not working. Fridge not working Kettle rusty inside with lot of limescale ,requested for new and got replaced. Tv - no international channels One of the bulb light not working And the last- visited during august last week, summer time. Air condition was not working at all.no cool air was coming out.it was raised twice ,told that to leave key with reception have it checked. No followup. Asked for another room and was told ' sorry whole hotel rooms are full .i didnt see more than 20 people during breakfast. Terrace has got view, however in the night it think its only hotel without any lights outside.even receptionist dont know where the light switch are. It was horrible experience . Will never ever recommend. Poorly managed service. Staffs are friendly to talk but not in resolving issue

We chose this property because of the great reviews, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. There was rampant black mold in the bathroom along with a persistent unpleasant odor. The shower doors had apparently fallen off and were replaced with torn makeshift shower curtains and it made for an unpleasant experience. The terrace is a great place to watch the hot air balloons, but some mornings the cushions had not been turned to keep off the morning dew so were too wet to sit on and several of the wickers chairs were damaged and would pinch your legs. The sliding door to get to the terrace was very difficult to open. For whatever reason, the main road, access road and parking area were mainly dirt and very rutted. The entrance to the hotel is on the side and not well marked. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful while others seemed lackadaisical. The breakfast buffet was limited and inconsistent in number and quality of items offered day to day. Tables were cleared but not cleaned between guests and napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. were not on each table or were not refilled as needed. I think this hotel might have once been good, but it seems that someone has given up and they don’t really care anymore.
