Hot tub leaked badly, reported twice but no fix. Dirty damp bathmat in drawer. Other bathmap all frayed. Sheet had hole in it (reported), quilt too small for large bed. Fridge froze the drinks. Curtains broken. Roof hanging off on balcony. No water in loft room and restaurant water empty. No coat hangers. Breakfast, chips were cooked night before. Served 8.30 till 10. Went at 9, not much of anything left. Had to keep asking for everything. Day after went for 8.30. Tables not cleaned and food not ready. Super disappointed. Place could be great but needs TLC. Booked because of hot tub, as were doing a lot of hiking, but we couldnt use. Good location, easy walk into town.

We stayed three nights at the El Nazar Stone Suites. The room was very nice, large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We could walk to the center of Uçhisar in a couple of minutes. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. We would recommend staying here.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright. Access to our porch was nice. The air conditioning was efficient and worked very well. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They did not speak much English, but they were able to use the translator app on their phone to understand more detailed questions and discussions. The person who was at the front desk was not at the desk when we arrived to check in. I tried buzzing on the button at the desk and could hear it ringing, but I don't think that the front desk person could hear it. I finally called out up the stairs and the front desk person was able to hear me. He apologized for not being there. It really wasn't a big deal, it just took a bit more time to check in than we thought. The location was perfect for us. Easy access to stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. Really nice little area of Cappadocia for us. Not noisy or too busy. Definitely not nearly as packed as Goreme. Also, breakfast was included. It was buffet style with a good selection of choices. Fresh and tasty. It fit our personalities and wants very well. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Junior Loft Review - Worth Staying!

Positives: - very friendly and helpful staff, Umit at reception made us feel at home always and offered us advice on what to do during our stay. He even offered to help book us some excursions, which he found for a good price. If you don't have time to research online and drive/phone around for deals, he can help you for sure! - room was nice and spacious with A/C and basics provided. - hotel is in Uchisar, close to all main attractions (if you're driving) but away from the hectic life of Göreme, while still having restaurants and shops etc. - plenty of parking. - breakfast made fresh when you wake up. - jacuzzi (which we didn't use but tested and it works). - balcony where we dried some of our clothes and shoes. - amazing view of Uchisar castle and got air balloons from the breakfast terrace. Negatives: - bathroom could have been a little cleaner, water stains on shower, taps, glass etc, jacuzzi was a little yellow. - towels smelt of cigarette smoke mixed with laundry?! - breakfast is not buffet, made to order, which is fine, just so you know. -

Sadece yaşadıklarımı anlatıyorum.Önce programdan fiyat aldım (2700TL).Sonra aradım oteli ,açan kişi 3500 TL fiyat verdi .Programdan tuttum ve gittim . Resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş 'pahalı tutmuşsunuz ,beni arasaydınız 2500'e verirdim ' dedi .Neyse giriş yaptık .Telefonunun şarjı olmadığı için kimliklerimizi aldı birkaç saat sonra vereceğini söyledi.Odada havlular yoktu ,yatak örtüsü yoktu ,bunları söyledim ,akşam geldi havlular .Odadaki soğuk su musluğundan da sıcak kaynar su geliyordu ,görevliye söylediğimizde " güneş enerjisini boşaltmam lazım onun için,akşama soğur " dedi .Neyse akşamı bekleyelim dedik .Buzdolabının içi çok kirliydi.Balkon çok kirliydi .Yorum yapmadan sadece yaşadıklarımı anlattım .

O quarto é muito bom. Amplo, bem iluminado, cama confortável, banheiro amplo. Alguns detalhes do quarto precisavam de reparo, como o chuveiro e algumas lâmpadas que não ligavam. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. A equipe é super solicita e educada. Aceitaram manter minha mala antes do check-in e depois do check-out. Super colaborativos mesmo com as diferenças e dificuldades linguísticas. É próximo a Göreme, mas vai ser necessário um carro ou táxi caso queira ir para lá.
