A memorable stay at Helike Hotel

Helike is a great hotel to stay in Uchisar. The room was big and very well-decorated. Every morning we had a generous breakfast. Our table was full of delicious food. It felt like having your own buffet at your table. The manager, Mr. Ahmet, made our stay so much pleasant. He helped us buy the tours and was always willing to answer our questions. We had a memorable time at the Helike Hotel and are thinking on going back on our next vacation.

I have mixed feelings about this property. We stayed in the Family Suite with Balcony which was quiet and away from the main section of the property which was nice. However, the suite is actually two separate hotel rooms and only one has a bathroom. To access the bathroom, especially of a night, you need to unlock your door, go outside, unlock the second door and use the bathroom so we had to lock my other guest in their room of a night as we only had one key for each room and I needed it to use the bathroom of a night. The suite (rooms) were in an 'under construction' condition with wires hanging out of walls, no TV and the fridge in the room must have been 20 years old and was disgusting. The bathroom shower did not have a screen so water spilled all over the floor and toilet which was very annoying. The minerals in the water have ruined the main shower head so we had to use the hand held one which was also in very poor condition. The pictures of the hotel were nothing as we experienced. The roof top terrace didn't have any cushions or pillows and it was in fact a storage location for cement amongst other things as the entire property seems to be under construction but the staff never mentioned it or apologised for it which was very unusual. Parking can be challenging as there is no dedicated parking areas for this hotel so I imagine in peak periods it would be impossible. The positives were the staff and breakfast service. They are extremely friendly & helpful!

La chambre est top. La terasse commune est magnifique. La vue est juste incroyable. Le petit dejeuner est exquis! Un des meilleurs que j'ai mangé à Istanbul!! Le personnel est très aimable, serviable et attentionné. Respect totalement l'intimité (vous demande pour le manage, et ne frappe pas à votre porte comme dans la plupart des hôtels). Best Hotel in Kappadokya

Was a wonderful experience to stay in Helike Cave. They are very friendly and they help you with everything all the time. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and the view from the Terrance is awesome. If I go back to Kappadokya I will stay again with them for sure. Thank you to the staff for the good experience and the kind attention.

10 üzerinden 10

Otel yeni bir otel. Kısmi eksikleri mevcut ancak sunduğu konfor, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personel ve rakiplerine kutsala sahip olduğu inanılmaz manzara terasları (odada olmasa bile) bu açığı kapatıyor. Öyle ki sürekli eksik aramaya meyilli bir turizmci olarak TV olmadığını check out yaparken farkettim.
