"The property and staff were amazing. The cave accommodation is magical and fhe fairy chimneys surrounding fhe area are really beautiful.. never experienced something like this before. The only suggestion is to have a bit more lighting in the cave rooms/bathrooms and perhaps 2 pedestal fans instead of one. Would highly recommend this property to our friends and family "

"We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. "Staff absolutely amazing! To the chain who own this hotel. You have passionate- hardworking staff. Nothing is a problem. The Manger that was there for Breakfast serving us , then again later and at 3.30am made us Tea (himself) before our balloon ride There was also.
