This hotel is amazing, especially after understanding how the owner explorer and developed the original caves into the hotel rooms, fine dining, and how he filled the rich culture into the architecture. The guest-relation manager Azu, she is so nice and assisting us so well, every staff provide warm hospitality, and all of their house pets, birds, turtles, dogs gave us joy. We will come back again!

Words cannot express how amazing our stay at Museum Hotel has been. Pictures simply cannot capture how beautiful and unique this property truly is—it’s something you have to experience in person. The level of service has been exceptional and, without a doubt, the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything was completely seamless. Whatever we needed, the staff took care of it effortlessly and with such genuine hospitality. One of the highlights of our stay was the private tour they arranged for us. We had a long list of sights we wanted to see that normally would have taken about three days to cover. Because the tour was completely customized for us, we were able to experience everything we had planned in one incredible day without ever feeling rushed. Museum Hotel is much more than a beautiful place to stay—the attention to detail, personalized service, and overall experience are truly on another level. An unforgettable stay in Cappadocia and a hotel I would recommend without hesitation.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Moreover, it was unique and very aligned with the history and culture of the area. We loved everything about it: location, staff, food and facilities. We just wish there was a gym.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Museum Hotel. The property was spotless from the moment we arrived — every detail was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully curated. The staff provided truly outstanding service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay. The massages at the spa were out of this world — one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to relax and fully enjoy the magic of Cappadocia. We will definitely be coming back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Museum Hotel in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward our needs. Traveling with my mother, comfort and hospitality were especially important to us, and the team truly exceeded expectations in every way. The property itself is beautifully maintained and feels very special — every corner reflects attention to detail and care. The views overlooking Cappadocia are simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise when the balloons fill the sky. It was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. What impressed us most was the warmth of the people working there. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It made us feel not like guests, but truly taken care of. I honestly have only good things to say about Museum Hotel. Thank you for helping create such unforgettable memories for us in Cappadocia.

Loved this hotel which is full of character for a genuine Cappadocia experience. Fabulous heated pool from which you can see the hot air balloons in the early morning. Rooms & bathrooms are very well-appointed and comfortable. Restaurants and breakfast was excellent. Very nice staff too.
