Hotel molto spartano, la prima notte faceva molto freddo e il riscaldamento non era acceso, dopo varie insistenze è stato acceso un paio di ore la sera, wi-fi non buono andava e veniva il segnale, un giorno non c'era l'acqua calda, colazione molto misera. Attenzione perché il titolare vuol vendervi i pacchetti escursioni che costano di più che fuori nelle agenzie.

Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très gentils et accueillants. La chambre est confortable, mais pas bien isolée phonétiquement. Mauvaise expérience avec un tour à cheval réservé via la réception : guide incompétent et criant sur les débutants.

처음엔 좋았지만...

처음에는 다 좋았어요 차를 렌트하기 전까지는요 주변에서 알아보다가 친절한 사장이 더 잘 알아봐주지않을까 해서 알아봐달라고 요청했어요. 결과적으로는 차가 정상적이지 않았고, 저희가 요청했던 원하는 시간, 보험 범위까지 하나도 맞지 않았어요. 심지어 반납 두시간 전에 먼저 와서 저희에게 자기는 업무가 끝났고 피곤하다며 차를 반납하라고 요구까지 했어요. 차 상태는 에어컨도 안나오고, 나중에는 숙소 돌아오기 바로 전에 주유를 했지만 주유량이 올라가지 않아서 저희는 그 업체에 추가 요금까지 지불했어요. 밖에서 저희와 그 렌트카업체가 실랑이할 동안 사장은 나오지도 않았어요. 그 업체 사람이 들어가서 물어보는 듯 해서 진짜 그땐 나올 줄 알았는데 오지도 않고 오히려 옆에 호텔분이 상황을 말을 듣고 도움을 주시려고 오셨어요. 알고보니 그 업체가 한두번 그런게 아니더라구요.문제가 많은 곳이었어요. 친절한 얼굴로 정작 중요할때는 나몰라라 해버리는 그 태도에 또 다른분들이 피해 받기를 원치 않아 이렇게 올립니다.

Tek kişi olarak seyahat edenler için ideal. 8 euro gibi cüzi bir ücretle, üstelik tam merkezi yerde konaklayabiliyor olmanız, üstüne bir de kahvaltı vermeleri deyim yerindeyse bedava gibi bir şey. Zaten küçük bir aile işletmesi, gezmelik bir bölge için de aslında tam lazım olan bir pansiyon tipi. Tek eksik: lavaboya bir tane terlik koymamaları. Haricinde kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Wonderful stay

I was with my mother, we had great times at Nil Story House, 10min walk from city centre of Goreme, beautiful terrace garden flowers and a very nice family, tea, good breakfast and many advices and help to enjoy Capadoccia. Go to stay at this place :)
