The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful The breakfast was so delicious also the hotel has an spectacular view of the hot air balloon in the morning if you go to the terrace. If we visit Goreme again, we would stay at this hotel We highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful 5 night stay here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel at home. The breakfast included some home made dishes which were delicious and the ladies serving breakfast were nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ferida who organized our tours and was always ready to assist us in any way. Overall a very pleasant experience in a well located property close to shops and restaurants.

The bedrooms are cozy, and the common spaces have a zen-like vibe, great if you need a quick recharge. The rustic and medieval aesthetic of the hotel transports you back to simpler times, and the breathtaking views of the fairy chimneys and mountains from the rooftop are truly remarkable. Whether you go to this hotel or not, I highly recommend trying the Safran Cave Cafe pizza. We got the Turkish sausage pizza, made in their very own pizza oven, and each bite of it was bursting with flavour and covered in stretchy mozzarella. This hotel is also conveniently located near a wide variety of shops, cafes, and taxi stands. The Safran Cave hotel employee was more than happy to assist us in booking our excursions and made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped on the property. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys mouth-watering food, impeccable hospitality, and easy access to local gift shops and cafes.

Loved our stay here! Cute rooms although they are very small. I traveled with my partner and we realize we need a bit more space. The beds were comfortable. The views were nice up from the terrace. Breakfast was yummy and most importantly the staff was excellent!!

First off, do not stay in Goreme. There is road construction everywhere and it’s been going on for a year. The photos for the property could be deceiving. The price is right, but don’t expect too much. Ideal for backpackers.

We stayed for two nights and from the very start the hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They offered us tours that were available in town or around, but were never too pushy to him asked to join that any chores. They sent us up with a Turkish night which included dancing and that was a great show. The rooms were spectacular the front entrance to the rooms and lobby were amazingly beautiful and the breakfast included had so many different choices that we loved at all. I read this 10 out of 10 as it was the best hotel state him out of the six hotels during our 12 night stay in turkey

The staff is nice, the property beautiful but definitely need more cleaning; they dont clean the room daily and the bathroom has a weird smell even when they gave us the room, maybe the smell came from the pipes, the air conditioning was leaking and no variety on breakfast.

The property is small, with only a few rooms. Breakfast was great, there was a kind chef who made us all eggs upon request. The staff went above and beyond accommodating us after our canceled balloon ride. They were ready with alternative activities for us to book and were very responsive via WhatsApp as that was my primary resource for contact prior to arrival. The shuttle service provided from the airport to the hotel was pleasant, took a while since we had many other passengers to drop off at their hotels but worth the price (10 euros) as cabs are limited in the area.
