Nice clean cave hotel

Staff were great and very helpful with advice on local tours. Also let you check in early if the room is ready. And take care of luggage on your last day if you have a flight in the evening.

Great stay

I went with my couple, was a great experience since we arrived. We were able to check in earlier. Also, the breakfast was so delicious and the view is magic in the morning. Only bad thing that we could say is at he entrance of the room is always wet whit dirt so is annoying when we entered to the room

The place is cozy and respectable and very cheap according to what you get. But I didn't like the roads around too much construction going on. Also, I didn't like that they show one place on Expedia app and give you another room of smaller space and lower quality with no view. The caves I think i.e. all rooms have no windows. Because ours had no window too, and this is frustrating for me as a person. But all in all it is good. Thank you for the experience and time. Breakfast is good too but too cold, most of the food is very cold even though we went the minute the buffet opened at 8.30am. I recommend the hotel for travellers with low budget just looking for a room to sleep nothing more.

Pro: excelente ubicación, personal amable y atento, muy limpio y desayuno completo. Contras: nosotros nos quedamos en la bride suite, la ducha tenía pérdidas; el jacuzzi no funciona; el baño y ducha no están en una habitación aparte, solo separa un vidrio. Muy húmedo y no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventanas, solo un pequeño ventilador. La TV es smart pero no se puede conectar a internet y tampoco tienen canales. Algunas luces no funcionaban.

Un des établissements les plus chers de Goreme ! Le rapport qualité prix est scandaleux. La vue est très belle mais tout le reste est plus que décevant. Des tas de vêtements qui traînent sur une réception sale, des poubelles qui débordent en permanence a l’entrée, des gamelles pour les animaux disposées un peu partout, des déjections autour de la piscine, des canettes et mégots sur les tables et de la musique trop forte. La literie est de mauvaise qualité et semble humide. Les chambres sentent le moisis… Le buffet du petit déjeuner est sale et les plats à moitié vides ne sont pas garnis à nouveau… Certains employés semblent travailler pour 10 et avoir le sens de l’hôtellerie mais la plupart sont désagréables et avachis dans leur fauteuil et sur leur téléphone. Cet hôtel a été la pire expérience de notre séjour en Turquie…

AMAZZINGGG stay at shoestring can’t recommend it enough! The manager Seyfullah and Mali were so accommodating and helped us with so much, we cannot recommend them enough. 5 stars 1000/10 for Mali and Seyfullah.

Though it wasn’t a cave room as we expected, the hotel in general is very good. It has a really amazing view if you want to see the balloons view. The receptionist and the other staff are friendly.

Açıkçası otelin buradaki fotoğraflarına bakarak çok yüksek bir beklenti ile gittik ama görüntüden çok uzak bir manzara ile karşılaştık. Otel devasa bir şantiye alanı gibi rez. yapmadan önce mutlaka arayıp inşaatın bitip bitmediğini öğrenmelisiniz. Bu başlı başına bir sıkıntı, diğer noktalara gelecek olursak. -Odadaki petek kendini zor ısıtıyordu, elektrikli soba geldi. -Odanın içinde ağır bir tuvalet gideri kokusu vardı. -Oda temizliği pek hoş değildi ve pek çok yer, dolaplar kir ve toz içindeydi. Temiz yerleştirdiğiniz eşyalar kirli çıkabilir dikkat edin. -En rahatsız edicisi odada ağır bir tuvalet gideri kokusı vardı. -Çok daha kötü otellerde çok daha iyi kahvaltılar yapmışımdır. Konum ve manzara olarak ise güzel bir otel. Ama çok fazla olumsuz durum yaşadım. Dediğim gibi doğru bir zamanda gidilse keyifli bir otel olabilir.

Otelde 2 aile olarak konakladık. Otel çalışanlarının güleryüzle yardımsever. Odalar tertemiz biz 105 de kaldık arkadaşlar bir üst katta kaldı. İkisi de süit oda olmasına rağmen içlerinde farklılıklar vardı ama olsun. Kahvaltı bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi 🙄ayrıca otel Göreme merkeze hem çok yakın hem çok uzak sakinlikte biz sevdik 🎈

Great location and convenient walkable access restaurants, markets etc. Room was unclean, with a broken shower and dirty toilet. Extremely basic room with no hooks or hangers/closets. The bathroom was left unclean even after room service the next day. Some of the staff members are helpful. Breakfast is decent, overall mediocre experience at such a memorable location.
