Great hotel, great service and great breakfast, alhamdulillah. The room was fabulous. We really enjoyed staying here. The people were vey helpful and speak English too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Cappadocia..!!

Hizmet kalitesi, çalışanlarının yaklaşımı çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Oda manzarası private alanların olması konfor açısından güzeldi. Ancak odanın temizlik konusunda biraz sorunu vardı. Gözden kaçmış olabilir ama dolap içi yastık altı gibi yerlerde de toz toprak oluşu bizi rahatsız etti. Tek sorunumuz temizlikti geri kalan herşey mükemmeldi teşekkürler

Kotu bir deneyimdi.

Kahvaltisi cok kotuydu, odalar havasizdi. Dus ve tuvalet perdeyle kapatilmisti. Iki kisiyken tuvaleti kullanmak imkansiz oluyordu. Odalar havasizliktan kotu kokuyordu, oda ara katla beraber 3 katliydi. En altaa yatak odasi, ara katta banyo tuvalet, ust katta kullanissiz bir ortak alan cam buradaydi acilsa bile odayi havalandirmaya yetmiyordu. Tavanlar tahta yapilmisti ve havasizliktan rutubet kokusu yuzunuze vuruyordu. Kahvalti inanilmaz kalitesizdi ilk gun deneyip ac kaldigimiz icin bir daha tercih etmedik. Bardaklarda tarif bile edemedigim korkunc bir koku vardi. Resepsiyonda genelde birini bulamiyorsunuz arayip ulasmaniz gerekiyor. Teras guzeldi ancak gunesten koruyacak semsiye yoktu sicakta oturulmuyordu, cok ruzgar aldigi icin de aksam da kullanilmiyordu. Karsindaki taskonaklari tercih etmedigimiz icin cok pisman olduk. Odalarda yerden isitma da mevcut degildi.

Ficamos no hotel 3 dias. As pessoas da recepção, são super acolhedoras. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto é quente, não tem ar condicionado, a cama é muito boa, banheiro ok. Na segunda noite, encontramos um rato no nosso quarto, eu quase morro. Fiquei muito assustada. Fora isso o hotel e bom.

Some of the rooms are in actual hollowed out caves whereas some are made to look like caves, I assume as the hotel has expanded. The owners have bought the vacant property next door and I guess there will be more 'cave' rooms when the refurb is completed. All in all the hotel is certainly adequate, however one of the features "22 restaurants within 0.3 of a mile is wholly incorrect.
