I stayed 2 days and to be honest, i have to stay it has to be one of the best hotels i ever stayed at. The staff (reception and breakfast) are superrr friendly, the room is super clean, the bathroom is AMAZING, like your very own turkish hamam. The bed is comfortable, and there is NO SMELL at all. The location is good, there is parking outside, and it is super clean. Everything was working perfectly (AC, amenities, kettle..). If I ever come back to cappadocia, i would definitely book this hotel again. Much appreciated. Kolay gelsin.

Beautiful room, with comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. This was a couples trip and we upgraded the room to include a soaking tub, which was nice. Very helpful staff who connected us to activities in the area and even drove us to a whirling dervish show. Easy to park on the street. Would recommend to others and stay here again.

Beautiful cozy comfy hotel, which is elevated even higher by the very helpful and service minded staff. Hotel arranged our activities and the bus from and to the airport. The hotel is away from the too busy area's but close enough for all activitirs amd necessary facilities. Bus station is very nearby and can take you to Göreme for relatively good price. Overall great experience.

Cappadocia Gem

What a beautiful place to stay! The room was gorgeous with its stone walls, the bathroom shower was HUGE and the bed was perfect to resting our weary bodies after long days exploring Cappadocia. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Aziz who gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged a shuttle for us to go to the airport and also arranged a light breakfast for us to have the morning we left. Plus the hotel is an excellent location to visit many Cappadocia highlights.

Felt like home.

I have one word expression for our stay “no Problem” as this was the answer to almost all the needs we had during our stay. Whole staff is wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Front desk person Kubi arranged for ballon rides, red tour and photographer for the private shoot. There are lots of dining options near the hotel. Uchisar castle is perfect spot to watch the sunset which is just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. There are plenty of options for the Breakfast every morning. Overall this was the perfect stay.

Poor service with lack of cleaning & information

During my stay, the initial information provided about hotel services and policies at check-in was inadequate. A major issue was housekeeping. Although daily cleaning should be standard, I was told rooms wouldn’t be cleaned unless a specific sign was displayed. I’ve never encountered this elsewhere—rooms should be cleaned daily unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is used. Unfortunately, for my two-night stay, neither the room was cleaned nor towels replaced. I had to call reception to request clean towels, which is unacceptable given the price. Breakfast was poor. When I asked for coffee cups, I was told to “get them from the drawer,” which felt unprofessional. Staff overall lacked hospitality. I also received incorrect information when asking about local activities. On other platforms where I raised concerns, the hotel responded rudely. Unless you’re fine with low service standards and reusing towels for days, I would recommend this hotel. The service didn’t justify the cost. I won’t be staying that hotel again,

6 gün 5 gece ailece kaldık. Her yönüyle kusursuz bi tatil geçirdik. Temizlik, personelin ilgili olması her konuda yardımcı olup güler yüz göstermesi inanılmazdı. Tam merkezi yerde bütün restoran ve marketlere kısacık yürüme mesafesinde. Uçhisar kalesi zaten çok yakındı. Genel olarak her yönüyle memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklama yapabilirsiniz.
