This prime location places you just steps away from the picturesque Guadalupe River and the vibrant attractions of this historic town. Just a short 10-15 min drive to other hotspots such as downtown New Braunfels and River Rd where the opportunity of nature lovers is endless! Come enjoy the Texas Hill country with us!

This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor. There are 2 master suites offering king size beds w/ensuite baths. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft offering a queen bed also offering an en suite bath. All 3 bedrooms have Smart TVs with streaming ability through WIFI. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy the community pool from 9 AM - 9 PM daily.

Good overall with exceptions

No coffee, just 5 random flavored kcups for 6 ppl, 4 restaurant pckts of sugar. Breaker tripped multiple times in main bathroom, (was tripped when we arrived and tripped when nothing was being used) burnt out lightbulbs in loft bathroom, standing water (ankle deep) in second downstairs shower, a few hairs in 2 of 3 tubs. Decent stay but not overly impressed with attention to details.
