Complete with golf course views and access to the shared pool, this home also features a wonderful locale close to downtown New Braunfels, Lake McQueeney, Schlitterbahn, and the Gruene Historic District. This sunlit condo presents an open living floor with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows as well as a private balcony. Unwind for movie nights in the welcoming living space or play card games at the dining table. The pristine kitchen is appointed with a full suite appliances and granite countertops. Three well-furnished bedrooms provide all the comforts of home. This family and snowbird-friendly condo also has free WiFi, Streaming TV's in Living room and all bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer.

Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
