  • Welcome to Rio Canción #1, your peaceful Guadalupe River getaway! This cozy riverfront cabin, one side of a duplex, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with one private Queen bedroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    Located directly on the beautiful Guadalupe River, you'll enjoy easy river access and the relaxing beauty of the Texas Hill Country. The outdoor spaces, including the deck and riverfront seating areas, are shared with Rio Canción #2, making it easy to relax, enjoy the views, or spend the day floating, fishing, or kayaking.

    Inside, you'll find high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker—everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for 2 vehicles.

This was a very pleasant stay. The scenery was so beautiful and the cabin was very comfortable and by far very clean. Would recommend couples to stay there.Perfect spot to float the river.Quiet neighborhood.

Other than I thought it was river front, did not expect the little slew between us and the river. Aso need the address better displayed, had a bit of a time finding it. Very clean, very welcoming. Enjoyed our stay.

Lazy days on the river

This property was everything we hoped for! The distance to the river was right at our back door and provided privacy to relax in the river. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for being our host!

Family river trip

The house is perfect for 4, it has just enough amenities, but the location is what makes this place great. River access is perfect. My kids had a great time floating, swimming and fishing. We will definitely stay again.
