This beautiful New Braunfels condo on the shores of the Comal River has everything you need for your next Texas getaway! Enjoy a double-deck that overlooks the river, community access to a riverfront swimming pool and hot tub, and a fireplace and a flatscreen TV to welcome you home from your excursions each evening!

What's nearby:
This condo is part of the River Run Condominiums, a park-like property on the edge of the Comal River. You'll be an easy walk from a wealth of local shops and restaurants, less than a mile from the Schlitterbahn Water Park, and half a mile east of Wurstfest come November. You'll find river access and the best place for tubing rentals just 200 feet away; also within walking distance are Landa Park's miniature golf course, picnic areas, playgrounds, lake, and paddle boats.

The property and the rental was perfect! The condo was clean and couldn't have asked for a better location. Will most definitely book again if ever we are back in the area and it's available of course.

They place is a nice size and was clean for the most part however it’s does needs some repairs that do go a long way the plugs by the beds needs to be replaced the master bathroom tub was so clogged wasn’t able to use the shower curtains need more hooks to fully close the shower and the microwave door was broken to open it would be nice to add a few things for use small cooler and some beach chairs and few beach towels would help so much other then that the place was cozy

This property is not ADA accessible,The train noise and construction noise were terrible. There are no eateries around the condo. Management did not respond to requests. The location next to the river is not walkable. The pool was not in use, being cleaned and repaired.

Nice stay in a great location

We loved being right on the river and within walking distance to downtown. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The condo was comfortable for sleeping, but the furniture in the common space was uncomfortable for just hanging out or dining as a group. Also, i was taller than the shower head in the back bathroom, and i'm 5'6". Overall, it worked out fine for just three nights.

Great location to river

Great location to river but a bit dirty and unkept. Popcorn ceilings in the bathroom are wet and damp and pieces are hanging from it along with moldy brown stuff which make it really gross when trying to clean yourself. Cups in the cabinets were dirty upon arrival with food pieces stuck to them. Location to the river was great. AC worked great and we were able to keep the condo cool. Saturday we heard honking all day long while at the condo due to how crazy it gets accessingi the river on a Saturday. Overall I’d rate this condo a 4 out of 10, could use some updates and a deep cleaning for sure.

Riverside getaway

Nice spot to spend a few days. River and pool looked great, we didn’t use due to weather and other activities. The kitchen was small but adequate, could use a few more tools (tongs and an egg turner, and maybe some wine glasses).

Stay away

We walk in the condo and it smells like pee. Try to contact Vrbo but end up with someone that’s in charge of the units, not the property manage. We already tried to talk with her and was told they did not manage that unit (118). We go to CVS and get a candle to try and mask the smell. Next I open the freeze to get ice, ice pours out over the floor. The ice maker is broker and never senses there is ice in it. I notify them if this as well. They say they will get maintenance over in the morning to fix it. They fix was to just get all the ice out except what is in the tray. I had raised the sensor arm ( after chipping away ice) and stop it from continuing. Since maintenance did not fix anything, the next person to let’s the arm down to make ice is going to have the same issue. As we get ready for bed, we find that the dead bolt lock on the front door does not work. I then looked at the door jamb and it had been kicked in at some point and their “repair” was to nail on a new piece on inside trim. They did not replace the jamb so there is really nothing stopping someone from just pushing their way in. This too was reported and like the ice maker nothing was done to correct so we sleep in a room without being able to dead both it for security. You want to avoid this place unless your some 20 something just there to party all night. To add insult to this whole weekend there is no coffee to make coffee, we are told to wash our own dishes and carry out all the trash. The

Great location

The condo is in a great location. You are close to several restaurants and breweries. The tube rental is less than a block away. The river is right outside your door. The condo is an older property but it is clean and well equipped. We had a very relaxing stay.

Last minute river trip

My daughter and I decided to take a quick trip to the river and loved this place. We were able to enjoy the pool and hop straight into the river. They have Texas Tubes right next door so we could rent tubes and float to the exit and get on the bus back home. The apartment was perfect. Will most definitely be coming back for years to come.

Location. Location. Location.

Great location. Perfect set up for three to six people. Was welcoming and clean but could be cleaner (smelled moldy and dusty). One screen door was malfunctioning and the ceiling fan in the living room needs to be replaced. Otherwise, I would definitely rent this specific unit again in a heartbeat.

Great Value!

Very pleased with the condo and we enjoyed our stay.. Management was VERY responsive to our questions and needs. The front bathroom water pressure was too low and needed to be addressed. Both bathrooms could stand to have some hooks for towels. The kitchen needed a larger fry pan. The microwave was so clean I could swear it was brand new. Otherwise everything was very clean and tidy.

2023 vacation

Great place! Nice and clean. Water pressure was something to be desired in the showers. Parking is very limited in the ramps as hight restrictions to 6' and the outside parking lot is on a very steep hill.
