Search Aparthotels in New Cairo

"When we first arrived we couldnt find the place because there was no sign out front. Then we get to our room and sit on the bed and the whole thing collapsed to the ground. They gave us a second room immediately but it was much smaller and filthy. And the bed was built wrong and had a piece of wood sticking out the my daughter hit her face on. We where supposed to stay 3 days we left the next morning and they agreed to refund us when we spoke in person but refused to answer expedia so expedia couldnt approve it. Terrible experience if i could give negative stars i would."

"Service.I make a food order and it should dropped at the service desk.when I saw the food delivered ,I call service desk.I call the delivery company and I told them the order not received . So,I make another order and I have to wait each time around hour. Next day morning ,when I am checking out ,I saw my order sitting on a table behind the desk.I told this my undelivered order. No apology nothing.as nothing happen."

Worst of all, they have still not refunded my money after more than a week - terrible. I will contact all relevant authorities to recover my funds from Hotels.com."
