"The room was luxurious and clean and the staff were really great. Such a quiet location but local travel in for the food because the quality was great."

"From check in to check out, all of the staff on reception, the bar and restaurant and the domestic staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. The young man on reception made sure there was a table for my friends and I in the bar and that we had a view of a television to watch international rugby, even though the rest of the bar were watching football and the barman made sure the channel was changed for us. There is a great variety of food on the menu from the snacks to the meals and all are great quality too. My room was large, clean and comfortable with all of the amenities necessary. The bed was extremely comfortable so I had a great sleep. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will happily return. "

"A nice welcome treat to see tunnets tea cakes, coffee was fresh and presented lovely. Manager was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. "

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "
