"Good food and rooms.. can improve on aircond as it takes very long to condition the entire room. Bathroom floor is slippery so need to do something about the bathroom tiles. But service is great. Staff is friendly and helpful"

Other than that it is top notch service. There are some superstars here that will ensure your stay is pleasant and resolve any issue that arises. A special thank you to Sumit, Arpit, Surender, Shiv, Amit and Devashish all of which went above and beyond to ensure I was more than comfortable. Sumit especially deserves an award, he is the glue that holds it all together. That man is a valuable asset to the hotel!"
