"I only wish we knew about this location sooner! We used this for graduation weekend at Hamilton and if we had known sooner, we would have stayed here for every visit up to the area! The space was perfectly suited -- nicely decorated, clean, had everything we needed, etc. Highly recommend!"

"Needed an overnight place to stay for three people heading north to the Adirondacks. This place was a little cottage gem. Check in/out was very easy and communication with the host, Angie, was excellent.Lovely decor and homey feel. Attention to detail as far as things a traveler might need or not think to pack was impressive.Each bedroom had its own tv allowing for three people to have their own space. Third bedroom is upstairs. The living and dining area were set up nicely for time together....

"The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!"
