It was renovated from top to bottom in 2023 with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, EV charger, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed.

This sparkling clean apartment features everything you'll need to feel at home including:

- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer/dryer and laundry supplies in the unit
- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies
- Both off-street and on-street parking

- Pack and play, high chair, inflatable mattress, and even desks are available upon request

Parking: There is space for one car per unit in our driveway. All other vehicles can park on the street. Street parking is free and is typically easy to find on this street.

Noise: This unit is located on the first floor of a two-unit home and you will hear the upstairs guests at times.

**Important: Please note that the exterior of the house will be painted beginning in mid-July 2025. It should not be disruptive to your stay, but know that it may overlap with your reservation if you book with us in mid-July, August or September.
