We had desserts to bake for the wedding & the kitchen was so well equipped so that was a big plus! Local restaurants and park were also a draw for the area, and the river view was amazing! "The Stone House had too many narrow stairways for 3 elderly ladies (somehow we missed this important detail in the description when booking) so our host kindly moved us across the street to the Bicentennial House which was perfect for our 1-night stay. We loved the Bicentennial House with spacious rooms, a formal dining area and most adequate kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hermann, MO. We took full advantage of the shuttle service through Hermann Crown Suites to tour the town and...

"The house worked very well for the three of us ladies. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The kitchen was small, but had what we needed. The most challenging part was the parking as the space is very limited. We had to park over a block away. However, the house was close to many shops and a bars/restaurants/wineries which were easy to get to."

"This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We rang in the New Year at Mandolin Ridge and it was beautiful. We were greeted with the birth of two baby goats which was quite auspicious. The home is spacious and like going to a comfortable, beautifully appointed museum. Each room has hidden delights. A feast for the eyes indeed. The host, Loribeth, is considerate and warm as well detail oriented. It is clear she wants to provide excellence! Mandolin Ridge and Loribeth really deliver."
