"This cute place is in a great location. The alley where it's located was having a Christmas event the day we left. It's close to many restaurants and bars and is also great for walking to the city park. It's also close to a big church so bring your earplugs-the bells start at 6:30 am. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms and large gathering area. Parking is right next to the unit. "

"Our family traveled to New Iberia to visit relatives in early December 2023. We rented both units to accommodate our group of 8 which included seniors, adults, and children. The property was extremely clean, spacious, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. The coffee bar and kitchen were stocked with everything you might need. The location is within walking distance of many cute shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Mickey is an amazing host who communicated with us throughout our stay....
