"I was pleasantly surprised. I go Foxwoods once every few months and usually stay at the Hilton Garden. I drove by this hotel on the way to the beach and was always curios. I was not sure what to expect due to inconsistent reviews. Pros: Shuttle to Foxwoods Fair price for room Large room In room hot tub Kind staff Barista coffee, lattes, etc. for free Decent breakfast & dinner offerings, average hotel fair Con: It’s old, it looks like 2000’s Sopranos bedroom decor and it shows some wear. The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly, but if you are looking for brand new & modern decor, you will be disappointed. They are renovating also. There was no issue with that."

"We had issues with our door in room 259. It was hard to open and close that door. I did not inform the hotel about the issue as I figured out a way to open and close the door while I was there. However, it was a bit of a challenge to open and close that door."

"Amazing. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect on our rainy cooler summer day. Shuffleboard was fun. They should update the room photos because it was much nicer than we expected. 5 stars for location, price and beach pass was included!"

"It would’ve been very helpful had there been a microwave in the room for warming up food. Not ONCE did anyone come to bring fresh towels or t paper, we had to go ask for the items to be brought to the room. However there’s a card on the nightstand to tip housekeeping, ?"

"Room was comfortable and clean.ceiling peeling from obvious leaks, could use a refresh. Refrigerator freezer over frozen with som old substance on the ice. Yucky. Maintenance responded immediately and changed out refrigerator and helped regulate room temperature. Woman from maintenance very helpful. Staff in restaurant very professional attentive. Breakfast good but Coffee weak and tasteless. Just a Senior Citizen observation(toilet very low ) overall a great stay, great location, staff attentive and helpful."

"Williams Center is no-frills but a good option for a safe, extremely clean, friendly place to stay. The room has no TV, but good wi-fi. There's a fridge in the room. Coffee maker is available in a common kitchen, along with a larger fridge and a small stove. Breakfast is self-serve muffins or croissant and juice that are in the fridge - nothing fancy but gets you out the door. Room was very quiet and dark - good windows/curtains and the bed was comfy. William was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
