"My family, an 11 person group, (all connoisseurs' of vacation rentals) unanimously voted this as one of the worst rentals we have ever encountered. "the renovated historic home was super spacious and light filled. the A/C was great - especially considering it was a heat wave when we were in town, plus plenty of hot shower water. home easily slept 10 with 4 big bedrooms. wish 2nd bath was on main floor instead of basement, but to be expected in a historic home. super close to Ashland University and would be a great place to stay for Balloon Fest which is at the park next door. we didn't cook much, but kitchen seemed to have what would be...
