"Great stay. Clean facilities, comfy bed, great a/c, good breakfast. Note that there is NO pool after their remodel. (Google Maps still shows pictures of the pool.) Chili's and Wing Stop are within short walking distance. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pillows were a little strange, they're square, but there are lots of them. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bar soaps are provided. USB A charging (x2) on both sides of the bed along with reading lights. Night light in the bathroom....

"The entire hotel is under construction. The breakfast area, front door area and all the hallway on the third floor was under construction. No breakfast area access. The room was adequate but I stayed three nights and not once did the room get made up. So no fresh towels, no tossing out the trash. The front desk must be manned by only one person b/c I rarely saw anyone there. The TV did not work on the third night, no internet I suppose. Had to watch tv on my phone. I visit Longview three to...

"Breakfast was fine. Basic fare. We had an issue with our room upon check in (AC was not working). But front desk moved us immediately, even noting that they knew about that room, but thought it had been fixed, so overall no big deal. Both rooms however, the tile/LVP in the entry way was cracked and falling apart. The hotel needs a refurb. But, overall it was clean, and worked for a one night stop on our trip. Would (and very likely will) stay here again."

"The fitness center was under renovation during our stay, and looked like it had been for some time. The hotel should definitely not advertise it has a fitness center when it is not operational. Very disappointing."
