"Spacious room, big windows, clean design, clean hotel. Horrible trying to contact front desk ahead of time. Tried both via message and via phone, never got a human being. Somewhat difficult parking. Extra $25 + $5 tip per day for nearby garage that, strangely, was always "full" upon arrival yet managed to find space pretty quickly. Weird housekeeping policy. Refused to refresh towels without full housekeeping. Front desk instead handed towels to us guests when we were on our way out—completely unsanitary after using keyboard, little stack half falling over—and we had to U-turn back up through elevator, key card, etc, to deposit them in our room. Gross. Room was quiet and comfortable. Though bed too hard (and I like firm mattresses) and pillows too soft. Breakfast was very decent. Comfortable self-serve dining area. Other guests were OK. Immediate block was dirty and featured less savory characters, especially late night. Main lot across from hotel fenced and full of trash, visible from all the hotel's otherwise pretty great front window views. Overall, good value for the money, for a clean, quiet, spacious room with big windows and terrific natural light, plus decent breakfast to get the day started. Spent under $500 all-in for a King room for three nights."
