"The hotel is in an amazing location. We stayed in the Astor tower which from my understanding is a newer renovation. The building is amazing and very beautiful with great views. Hotel was super clean and very well staffed. Already planning our next stay."

"I am disipointed in the extra fees charged for checking out early. Could not cancel two nights and was told there was an early check out fee. To many unexplained persons outside main entrance trying to coordinate pick up and drop offs (not in uniform or look like worked at hotel)."
