Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans' first apartment hotel, 888 boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has comfortable seating, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, rooftop deck, and bar.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, and toys are provided upon availability.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

Luggage Storage: 888 by New Orleans Luxury Collection offers secured luggage storage lockers for our guests. We have several luggage storage lockers that are able to be reserved on a first come basis. The management will not be held liable against any lost or damaged valuables.

Long Weekend Stay

We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and clean. It was in the perfect location. We were within about 20 min walks from all the different areas we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay again!

Birthday Getaway

Hello! I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a spacious, well-maintained penthouse experience. The place is clean and stocked with things you need for a nice time. The people were great, friendly, and professional! There were 4 people in my group and I appreciated having 2 Master Bedrooms on opposite ends for the space! I give it a 5-star rating!
