Comfy beds, great fixtures, thoughtful host. A plus location especially if you are a former resident or visiting residents. A true neighborhood gem in my favorite part of the city.
This place had all the amenities you could need. Very impressed with the medicine cabinet. Glad we didn’t need anything but it was very thoughtful for them to provide something If you needed it in a pinch.
Great location, very walkable to Magazine, Rouse's grocery, and Tipitina's music venue. We had a lovely stay and property was as advertised. I did have to reach out a couple of times to get information on check-in, including the day of travel. It would have been a bit smoother if the host had communicated pro-actively but other than that, no issues!

NOLA 2024
Let's start out with all the good stuff. Great spot. Easy walk to Magazine. Just a few blocks to Rouse's Market (awesome). Beds were super comfortable. Tons of really good pillows. Kitchen had nice glasses and silverware which is often not the case in rentals. Bathrooms super clean. Better than advertised.
On the downside, communication was not good. Confusing texts and emails from various sources. I'm not even sure who the host was. Strange forms to fill out, one of them at the last minute, strange robotic communications. Did not get move in information until after check in time.
Tulane grad weekend… comfy home and convenient neighborhood
We had a great weekend celebrating graduation. Plenty of space, Living/ dining area is great to hang out.. My daughter said the bed was the most soft and comfy she slept in the last year. Showers were great- pressure and rainfall shower head were nice! The house is styled so cute. Everything works and is clean. Lovely home. Thank you!
Overall the house worked well for my family. The kitchen needs a toaster and a few more cutting boards. The only problem we encountered was the front door lock. I think it is partially broken and was difficult to use.
