"The staff was great.. the pictures definitely need to be updated of the amenities. Other than that it was a good hotel to stay in while in town."

"Courtyard Hotel is okay. The room was clean, but very sparse. For example, the bathroom was tiny and very little furniture in the room. However, the air conditioning was cold and the staff were nice. I would say it is probably a step up from Hampton Inn, but not by much. I think we will stick with branded hotels for New Orleans."

"The staff was rude. They got mad that I got 2 cups of coffee the first day. So the next day I brought a bigger cup and that was unacceptable as well. That was bad but even worse there was no hot water. Then I went to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. So I called with my cell phone and they hung up on me. The place is not in a good spot either. The heavy duty gate to the parking lot was my clue."

"Clean. As pictured. In a unique location that is accessible to the interstates and downtown. I did feel safe just need to get bigger furniture. Low full size bed and living room couch is small; very small as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Very convenient.😊"
