My Palace Is Newly Renovated House Brand New Furniture And Has All The Necessities You Will Need. Close To Entertainment Areas And Good Food Nothing In The City Is More Than 15 Min Away. Guest Access Front Entrance With Self Check In With Keyless Pad And Back Door Access To The Back Yard.

The Palace Is A Two Story 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom With Kitchen and Living Room Upstairs And 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom With Kitchen and Living Room Downstairs.

Excellent property
15-20 minutes to French Quarter. Actually has 6 rooms with beds. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with complete kitchens and the same downstairs. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Fully gated property. Felt very secure. Owners responded right away when we had 2 minor issues. Definitely would stay here again. Our stay was 4 days and 3 nights. Much better value than paying for hotel rooms for a large group.
