Everything was great ! Both ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to check in earlier than anticipated which was great because we took the train to get there . This hotel is within walking distance from the train station and superdome. 10/10 would recommend !!

The room and beds were very good, room was a little small for access with queen size beds, the continental breakfast was excellent. only one small trash can in bathroom was only negative. Staff was very helpful. Located close to WW II MUSEUM, STREET CAR access was very good. Would stay here again

This hotel has excellent & very helpful staff.... The room was VERY CLEAN! Which is a 5 stars and would give them 10, if could! I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses and have never found a bad one yet! Also the breakfast was great and plentiful,with many choices of food, & drink products. Which I have found in all these hotels as well. Great choice for a clean, comfortable hotel!!

The place was ok. It served the over night purpose I needed. Breakfast was one of the better hotel meals I've had. Beds were comfortable, everything worked, except TV channels were few for some reason. It was an older building with "make up". Staff were present, did thier job. No great and not bad.

The staff was amazing! Everyone that I came into contact with, was very polite, energetic and professional. I had a few concerns with my room, but the manager was attentive and responsive! I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great location for ease of getting to the Children’s Hospital. RLL

We enjoyed this centrally located hotel. It was outside of the party zone but was right on the street car line which made everything easily accessible. Parking was no problem. We were worried about what we'd heard about people getting boots but after going i think it may have been the people not paying attention. All we had to do was fill out the registration paper at check in and add our license plate number. The parking lot was right behind the hotel and was accessible via the back of the hotel using our room key.We had two queen bunk bed rooms, it was an interesting setup but it worke. We'd stay again.
