We offer one of the best locations in NOLA, three blocks to Bourbon Str. and all of the French Quarter attractions Celebrate 2024 in New Orleans. This property features contactless check in with key pad entry and is sanitized prior to guest arrival. This lovely 19th century home contains 7 Extra Long Full Beds and 6 Twins. The house features hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings typical of New Orleans from the 1860s. This house was great for our larger group that consisted of 7 in their twenties and 3 of their “moms.” We went for Mardi Gras and the location couldn’t have been better. Rampart is right on the border between the French Quarter and the Tremé neighborhood. So many things within walking distance. The house itself is just the right mix of nice but not so nice that you feel like you have to be super careful. The kitchen is small and there isn’t much room to put groceries, but who goes to New Orleans to cook their own food? The top floor was perfect for our group of young adults. They all loved being up there together. We would definitely recommend this house.

We had a great time at this spot! It is definitely an old house with some can I say spooky cool and authentic New Orleans vibes! The place is exactly as advertised and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The host was super generous with an early check in late check out which we truly appreciated since we only had two nights in NoLa. The house was well stocked with Tp clean towels trash bags etc. all the essentials, and the price is super reasonable for how great the location is. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Visiting with a large group of friends and this was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to be comfortable, walking distance to French quarter and safe locale. Kitchen is small but adequate, and main living area is sizable for lounging for the whole group. I’d stay here again without question.

This property was perfect for our group. Girls had a big slumber party in the upstairs room, and guys felt comfortable in the beds downstairs. Had plenty of parking and it was so nice to have a secure spot all weekend. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with. Would absolutely stay at one of their properties again.
