I spent two nights and it was very pleasant. The staff is polite, the location is great. Very easy to park on the street and if not, there are many options of public parking at walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

This is a great property in a great location. Room was updated and clean. Wish the hotel lounge/bar would have been open; but is closed indefinitely according to front desk clerk. Easy walk to numerous restaurants and Superdome/Smoithie King Center.
