Such a charming, beautifully decorated home within walking distance to the French Quarter and all the wonderful jazz on Frenchman Street. Betsy and her dog, Mabel were wonderful hosts. Can’t wait to visit again!

Thank you Betsy! For a cozy and splendid stay. my friends and i enjoyed the continental breakfast by the pool every morning, had the pleasure of surprising Mabel with a treat and were located exactly in the middle of most of our activities. Thank you again can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Base

Perfect for us 5 adults in town for Bears/Saints game, walkable to northern entry to FQ and also Frenchman Street..the seperate rooms were great for privacy and the courtyard/pool for hanging out Betsy (and her adorable dogs, Mabel and Maude) were there to meet us every morning and the continental breakfast was a nice start to the day!

Charming property and host!

Our family group of 3 couples stayed and loved the B&B. The 3 guest rooms are themed and very nice. The old house is very cool and there is a nice backyard with pool. Breakfast was good every morning. Betsy is a sweetheart and it was like staying with a friend!!! We will be back!!

Friends trip

We had a great time in Nola! Loved Betsy’s house. She was very nice and we loved her dogs. They were very friendly. Bourbon street was a little further away but Frenchmen street was pretty close. We had never been to that area and really enjoyed it there. We would stay here again.

Can’t praise Betsy enough!

My friends stayed with Betsy while attending my daughter’s wedding….they loved everything about Chez Palmiers, especially the host, Betsy, who they absolutely raved about her every time we met up. I had the pleasure of sitting with my girlfriends by the pool, drinking and eating beignets and Thai food. What a lovely respite in the Big Easy! Thank you Betsy!!

Space to spread out and amenities!

We stayed with Betsy for three nights with our family of five and it was perfect. Easy street parking and walking distance to French quarter, very cute neighborhood. Betsy spoiled us with her freshly baked pastries every morning was something different. My husband raved about her coffee. The fridge with snacks and drinks for us was hugely helpful for travel with kids always hungry. The pool was perfect for afternoon cool off. Mabel was a sweet friend to have nearby. The beds are EXTREMELY comfy, some of the best I’ve experienced via VRBO. Having all this, three bedrooms and three bathrooms to spread out madeOur stay extremely comfortable and an excellent value. Highly recommend!!

The old Creole cottage was a perfect location near the French Quarter with a true feel for old New Orleans. Betsy is the perfect thoughtful host. She made a King’s Cake for us to celebrate the Mardi Gras season and share tradition.

Great B&B experience

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend exploring New Orleans. Walkable to many attractions, easily accessible by road, and a little outside the most crowded areas (but not too far). Betsy was a wonderful host. We rented all three rooms for three small families, and the porch area was a great hang-out space. Thanks so much!

Lovely Stay!

We got away for a long overdue Girls Weekend and had the pleasure of staying in the From Russia with Love suite. So charming, better than the pictures and so spacious! We enjoyed our daily catch ups with Betsy and friendly greetings from Marge and Peggy every morning. The location was in easy walking distance from all the sites, yet far enough away to enjoy some peaceful down time. Wonderful, wonderful time!
