"Our little cottage was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and had lots of light. The amenities were as advertised and the bed we slept in was as nice as our bed at home. Although the unit was close to the pool, it was mostly a quiet space inside, and we were even there during spring break!My husband especially appreciated that the unit was so close to the Packery Channel jetty and the Bob Hall Pier because he's a dedicated fisherman. Of course the beach is only minutes away by foot and there is a nice sea wall for those who want to enjoy the beach without walking on the sand. Nearby there are restaurants (one is within walking distance) and numerous stores, including a grocery store. Veronica, the property manager was kind, professional, and efficient whenever we had any questions. So, to sum up, the cottage was an outstanding place to stay for our vacation and we hope to use it again when we return in October."

"Great service, they do need a better breakfast line when they are very busy. The guy at the front desk told us we had an ocean view but didn’t tell us it was going to be cover by the canopy outside. "

"The townhome was clean, beautifully-furnished, and well laid out. Shopping, restaurants, and beach just minutes away! Host sent us a large amount of information about all the amenities and things to do in Port Aransas and the area. Would totally stay here again!"

"Very nice experience. The unit was well-appointed, spacious, airy, clean, modern, and comfortable. This second-floor unit has a full-length balcony and overlooks the courtyard swimming pool, not the beach, but the beach is literally a few steps away. We liked that the unit occupied the entire second (and top) floor of its building, so we had no neighbors on any side of us. Very quiet as a result, although you do hear the noise from the pool. But the pool closes in the evening, and we didn't sit around in the unit during the day, anyway, so noise was never an issue.Laundry facilities are in the same building and very convenient. When we had questions during our stay, the rental office staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The rental office occupies the floor below the unit, so it's very close by.We would definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the area."

"No hot water we had to onform yhem beforehand ao can get some type of warm water to us hall way smelt like mildew ants or nats dead on window seal , staff was assume kept apologizing for what they could not fix still fell they could have made adjuatmwnts to pricing for not informing before checking in"
