"Check in was delayed for hours, claiming no WiFi due to weather but it was neither raining or windy. There was no effort made to make up for issues except being provided with liquor but I don’t drink. Also the room was full of dust, disgustingly so much that it irritated my allergies. Another indication of the filth in the room was items left by previous guests including a used toothbrush."

"The property was in a perfect location if you like to walk. You’re located very near Pier 60 but not right outside the hotel windows so activity can be controlled as your desire. The marina is also across the street, so boat rental and tours are extremely handy. You’re also in a centrally location for walking. Whether it’s out the back to the beach or the front road side, there are many shopping and eating venues nearby. It was also very convenient that Walgreens and CVS were within walking distance for more economical priced items. Caution with hotels to the south that have access to the full beach walk blocked by rock walls.. Choose what works best for you. Wyndham Grand was perfect for my adult daughters and myself."

"The Grand Hyatt is AMAZING! The hotel was very clean and the staff was also amazing! The rooms are in perfect condition and the beds are super comfortable. "This hotel is run down with a constant chemical smell in the hallway. Feels like a run-down hotel that high school kids and college kids would overcrowd during spring break. What a mistake staying here. On top of that they nickel and dime you to death with huge additional fees for parking , resort fee, chairs, umbrella, etc.."

"Inside the room was good, except needed a desk. The exterior was still in terrible shape. Dead grass, trees and bushes. Stained sidewalks. Lots of disrepair. There is a terrible stink when you walk behind the main building over the bridge. And the whole park your car and walk around is somewhat annoying."
