We had a LATE check in and had called to let them know. They were very kind at midnight and got us settled in for our short night. Morning staff was just as kind. We got a peaceful night's rest and would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel! Up to date, very clean and helpful staff! Would stay again! Some things to note that didn’t bother me, but some may find useful information; the wifi is unsecured, there is some construction going on in or around the building that required what sounded like a generator that ran all night (not loud, but noticeable if you are sensitive), and the TV is tricky to work ( the channels come up as unavailable, they work but you have to select each channel, wait for it to load then change...

The young man who checked me in was very kind and helpful!

This place had the softest most comfortable bedding I have ever felt in my entire life and I have stayed in probably a hundred different hotels. If being comfortable in bed is your priority in a hotel, you cannot get any better than this! They have garages which is unheard of for a hotel, however I did not get one because not every unit has one and I didn't want to wait 20 minutes to get a unit that had a garage, it wasn't that important but if having a garage is important to you, this is quite...

The staff was very friendly ... it was quiet and peaceful just perfect for what we needed

Very quiet. The breakfast crew did an Excellent job Of preparing the food, keeping the items always available and cleaned the serving areas constantly. Very well done.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, especially housekeeping when we needed something. Room had a few things (sippy cup and glasses wipes) under the beds but otherwise very clean. Waterpark was very nice.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Room was clean. This hotel is geared towards long term stays, a lot of construction crews there. Front desk attendant was great! Shebrea was her name! We need more people like her in the work force!!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! This was purely the kindest gesture I have seen from one human being to another in a situation like this in a long time...and I was so proud I was staying in a...

It was clean, quiet and nice.

This hotel is the best one to stay at in Faribault. Its clean and staff are great.

Best continental breakfast. Comfortable beds

Julie and Brad have a beautiful home on the lake! They were very accommodating and wonderful hosts.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the variety of breakfast foods.

Best Western hasn’t let me down, yet! We booked the room last minute, because the hotel we were supposed to stay in was disgusting, and as soon as we walked in the entrance, we felt so much better about the evening!
