"A super cozy cabin! This is really unique in its accents with an owner who has thought of all the little things. Everything was so smooth with great communication. We enjoyed a quiet weekend cooking, hot tubbing, napping. It was a peaceful weekend we didn’t want to end. "

Had to drive 17 min. To store. Multiple things broken in house.. DIRECTIONS TO HOUSE ARE HORRABLE. EACH TURN OFF BY 1 TO 2 MILES. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS GIVE YOU THE ADRESS AND GPS WOULD TAKE YOU TO THE DOOR. IT WAS LIKE A 10 YEAROLD WROTE THEM. The desighn of the House is vool. PROPERTY HAS BEEN LET TO GET RAN DOWN BY LACK OF REPAIRS. .....OK SO THE REAL ISSUE HERE IS THIS. IF YOU GIVE POOR REVIEW YOU GET A POOR REVIEW OR BLACK LISED UNOFFICIALLY. WE HAVE STAYED IN MANY OF THESE TYPE RENTALS. IT IS A COMMOM PROBLEM. THEY HIDE BEHIDE REVIEWS. MEANING YOU ARE SCARED TO GIVE A REAL REVIEW. it was at a remote location on top of a hill which was cool. "

"Made for a great getaway from the city. Very clean, easy to access and find. Deer in the backyard while you hang out at the fire pit. Owner is communicative but not overbearing. Welcome email provides a lot of really good info of the area. One of the better properties we have stayed at in NC."

"We found the cabin clean and tastefully decorated. It is surrounded by trees so if you are looking for a secluded spot this is the place. We loved the privacy. The view is amazing and we could hear the river below running. We highly recommend this cabin and look forward to our next stay. "

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The view from the front porch is terrific and straight down to the river. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic. The cabin is in excellent condition and very clean. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have rented. Great location fairly close to West Jefferson and Greyson Highland State Park."

"This house was amazing! It was the best cabin I have ever stayed in. The location was secluded on the river. You really never have to leave the house with all of the amenities provided. Fireplace, game room, hot tub, hammock. And the adoreable town of West Jefferson is only around 18 minutes away. We went to Grayson Hoghlands 30 minutes away for a hike and saw the wild ponies. Wonderful stay"
