Private, large townhome directly across the street from NSB beaches. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, office space, washer/dryer, and 2 patios, tucked in a rare Florida “hammock” where beautiful twisty trees and exotic wildlife abound. On premise heated pool, pickle ball shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Walk to shopping plaza with restaurants and ice cream; drive 10 mins or less to parks and local shopping/nightlife. Calm and quiet area - all tucked in a natural preserve, yet minutes to all NSB offers.

Dual-level townhome with 2 bedrooms (1 queen room, 1 with two singles), lots of closet space, and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen has dishwasher, Keurig, and all the cook’s tools. First floor washer and dryer, plus large foyer area with desk for remote work. Outdoor seating on the outside patio or on upstairs terrace outside of bedrooms.
