I went to his room and saw the evidence on him as well as on the mattress. Public health RN & I know what bedbugs look like. Took pictures of the bugs as well as my son’s bites. Hotel refused to refund any of the money for the two nights we stayed. My son went to Urgent Care and had to have a steroid...
