"We had such a positive experience with every part of our stay. Everything was seamless, including the initial communication with the owners, the check-in process, the cleanliness and quality of the home, the supplies provided by the owners during our stay, and the simple check-out process. We had 19 people in our party, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, to join together (whether inside living room areas or outside in/near the pool), and to feel like we had a mini-retreat away from the busy world. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood, but the property was so large that we felt like we had our own private getaway. Beds were very comfortable, pantries were well-stocked, kitchens had all we needed to cook/grill (and then some), pool toys were available (in abundance) for the kids, and every part of the home was very clean. Check-out process was a breeze and the owners were genuinely interested in helping our family to have an enjoyable visit. We highly recommend the property, and we hope to have our next family reunion in the Tyler Villa Grande!!"
