The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 days and they cleaned the room every day. The only thing we didn’t understand, the first 2 days they delivered breakfast, but the last 2 days they didn’t.

乾淨但房內空氣非常糟糕，地理位置優越。

建築外觀以紅黑和俐落線條整體看起來蠻時尚的。網路上及訂房確認信件中都有清楚標示入住（14:00）與退房時間（11:00），但我們兩點多抵達時卻告知我們入住時間是19:00，我出示了訂房證明與信件的入住資訊給櫃檯看，卻還是告訴我「都是19:00入住，網路上那樣寫但你還是要打電話問」的這種回應，感到很失望。旅館對面有一區石頭路指示牌說明是旅館所有的”停車場”，可提供暫時停車，因為我們還無法入住所以先停在這再徒步到金山老街，散步約五至十分鐘就可以到，途中還有7-11、全聯、清心、義式餐廳、中式餐飲等非常方便，地理位置和機能都很優秀，戶外環境很清新。終於快七點入住了，房間整底顏色是藍底加上白雲，燈光很少，無對外窗，整體感受很暗，空氣也不流通。車庫連結電梯上樓到房間，房門和電梯口有一扇對外窗，因為一進房就是濃郁煙味所以房門直到睡前都只好打開讓空氣對流，直到退房前我的鼻子過敏都沒好過，從一入住到退房共流了三次鼻血。致電給櫃檯詢問是否換房，當然得到的是沒有房間可以換的回應，反應煙味很濃卻告知我們這間房今天都沒有人使用過（那請問為什麼兩點多有空房也不願意讓我們入住？），整晚都有煙味一直飄散在房間，懷疑是隔壁空氣管線流通過來的。浴室和浴缸都很大，浴缸出來的是溫泉水，推薦泡澡。吹風機非常微弱，長頭髮的女生建議帶自己的吹風機。床和棉被非常舒服，房內環境清潔的很乾淨。有冰箱。有除濕機但插卡時無法使用，卡掉斷電時才會啟動。早餐清粥小菜、香蕉、滷肉飯、麵包、咖啡機（不建議喝）按拿鐵 喝起來像壞掉的美式（個人感受），有提供附近有名的包子店包子。退房時，櫃檯主管提供了名片塈VIP卡給我們，下次訂房憑卡可優惠，但說真的不想再來（個人感受）。

帶長輩來泡溫泉，溫泉是硫磺泉，房型規格真的很棒！有機會會再來的，早餐的種類可以再豐富一些會更好

性價比高, 酒店精緻新穎, 交通方便

鼎帥汽車溫泉旅館有獨立停車場, 無論駕車與否, 都需從停車場直接乘已設定之升降機直上房間. 地點方便, 如不是自駕遊也可從台北乘搭國光1815直達, 一個多小時到金山郵局下車後步行6-8分鐘就到. 鄰近獅頭山公園, 北海岸水尾魚港和神秘海岸, 很近金包里老街. . 櫃檯職員友善, 早餐還可以. 房間漂亮精緻而且大, 半露天溫泉池不錯, 唯光線較暗, 且網絡接收(數據或wifi) 很差. 值得再次入住.

以此價位來說無論環境位置和房間整體都還算蠻不錯的 , 溫泉品質也OK ,唯一可惜的是房間備品不齊全可能是清潔人員疏失以及早餐不是太好吃 ~
