Nice overnight stay at a reasonable price for NYC. Room was clean, staff were helpful and courteous. They held our luggage before we checked in. Breakfast was limited but good. Loved the area and felt safe. We will return to the Chelsea Savoy on our next trip to NYC.

The room was small but exactly what you need if you are just sleeping in it. The staff is extremely helpful. We felt safe there the whole time. The room was clean. It’s a 13min subway ride from time square and 16min ride from little Italy.

The hotel is not fancy but what an amazing visit to be had there - incredible staff who are so kind and helpful, clean and comfortable, perfect location in Chelsea (close to subway and walking options) and a continental breakfast every morning. This is our home away from home when we are in NYC.

The hotel was in a great location close to public transit and walkable. The breakfast had delicious NY style bagels and enormous muffins. The property is in of some need TLC. The beds were very hard and the pillows very flat. The variety of bathroom products was a plus. The luggage storage was great, too. You can't beat the price, so I would stay here again.

The hotel works for a basic stay. The staff was quite kind and very accommodating. The hotel is dated and the restaurant downstairs created a very strong, unpleasant odor. Everything else was okay.

We really enjoyed staying at the Chelsea. Everyone on the staff was friendly and so very helpful no matter our questions, etc. The breakfast was beautiful, they had good choices. I have one suggestion, and that would be a small area in the lobby that could provide a cup of coffee from 5 AM. until the breakfast opens at 8 AM, This place was lovely and we will come back there.
