The location is great, however, the property is extremely old and banged up. The bathroom door would not close and the lock was broken. in need of a renovation. The staff was excellent and helpful. I would say it’s a two-star hotel

It was close to Times Square and subway stations. Its location gave us easy access to all the 'touristy' things we were there for. The beds were SO comfortable and the staff was great with providing us directions, getting a cab, and suggesting places to eat. It was affordable Would definitely stay there again!

This was a great place to stay, perfectly located a five minute walk away from Time Square and subways stations to go anywhere you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. It was a great option to spend a few days visiting the big apple.

While there are limited options for breakfast, the location of the property, being near yo the Times Square, trump's that. The staff was very helpful. They allow you to store the luggage after checkout with proper tagging. Which was very important for family

I never expected how great looking the room. A touch of class and the location was near everywhere I want to go. Lots of food varities , cheap and expensive, near the train, too. Fantastic hotel!

We booked the suite for a weekend in NYC to see a concert at MSG. We enjoyed the location of the hotel. We were disappointed in the continental breakfast as there were only muffins and pastries offered. We were hoping for eggs, toast and regular coffee. Wonderful area, great staff, cute room, very spacious bathroom. Super comfy bed! Super clean linens and towels and best stocked mini fridge I ever saw! The walls and ceiling weren't clean. The chair in my room was all stained. There's an adjoining restaurant which was beautiful.

Best location ever, room was ok, we were a group of five and being able to stay in 1 room was a plus. Wall paper in the room was coming off and a dirty in some areas, rooms really needs an upgrade. Breakfast was included and coffee was great. Overall everything went well and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
