The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, especially considering the reasonable cost of the rooms. Even though the rooms were dated, the perfect location, staff and complimentary breakfast made up for it.

Breakfast was not refilled in a timely manner. On the second day of our trip they ran out of food items and didn't have any protein (bacon, sausage). This was at 8am, breakfast ran till 9:30 supposedly. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Overall a good value.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient from start to finish. The hotel’s location was quiet yet ideal for getting around, which made it easy to relax while still being close to everything I needed. Breakfast was good with a nice choice. The only downside was that the rooms were on the smaller side, but for a short stay it wasn’t a major issue.

Very convenient location, was also affordable. Time square and most theater halls are within walking distance. The rooms are small but comfortable and suffice for sightseeing. We had an enjoyable stay here and would book here again if returning to NY.
