Clean, safe and convenient place to stay. Staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The breakfast was fine, but all of the pros heavily outweigh the cons of an average continental breakfast. Absolutely would recommend staying here

The staff were great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The water pressure was awful, the bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder, and the shower was assembled by someone who had no idea what they’re doing. It was mostly good for a short stay.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable, except for the bathroom, it had a smell that was not pleasant. The elevator is amazingly fast. The staffs were nice and quick. The location is great! We would stay again for sure, minus the smelly bathroom.

I felt this hotel was in the perfect location for first-time visitors and anyone visiting New York in general. It’s right next to Times Square, Bryant Park, and Grand Central, making it super convenient to get around and explore the city. Saved money on food as they provided breakfast. The room was clean and had such a great view! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

This is the perfect place to stay. They give you free breakfast. It’s close to everything 39th St. is only walking distance to all the fun stuff. The Subway is a block away. 42nd St. is where you wanna be to go hang out. Go eat go to the movies go to Broadway shows. This hotel is a win, especially for the price.

This was a great hotel for a great price. It’s located close to the theater District and many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
