This is a spectacular duplex LOFT filled with light in the heart of Greenwich Village ! LOCATION and LIGHT and PRIVACY ! There is a great cooks kitchen and a huge walk in shower with a small tub. The place is a true sanctuary. It is the quiet back of the building where a wisteria vine climbs. Ideal for a single person or a couple looking for peace and quiet. There is excellent AC. It is a classic old world loft with rustic antique furniture. It is an athletic 4 flights climb up a to the top floor ! No doorman no glitz no elevator ! 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Hudson River Park and Washington Square Park and minutes from all the subway lines !
