Great location just down the street from the bustle of Times Square. Well insulated and quiet. Clean and comfortable room with good bedding. Great on site restaurant and bar. Subway is just half a block away.

The hotel itself, our room & bathroom, & the view out the window of the 33rd floor were all beautiful. Liked that you had to scan your room key in the elevator to go to the different floors — felt safe. We stayed 3 nights and did not enjoy the 10am daily fire alarm test, very annoying and daily seems a little much. Impossible to ever sleep in with that happening every day and house keeping knocking & coming in the room at 930am. Other than those two early annoyances, we very much enjoyed our time at this beautiful hotel right next to the heart of Times Square. Would definitely recommend.

The only issue when checking in was a process of just getting the key cards. A small inconvience but other tan that, the staff of the Hilton Garden Inn were amazing.
