The hotel is really convenient for local transport and local shops, cafe's and deli's. We stayed 10 nights and had a really good time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As the hotel is in a busy area, there is traffic noise through out the night. If you want quiet you may be better off asking for a room at the back. We didn't mind and could enjoy the street view instead. There are only two lifts/elevators, but we never waited more than a few minutes to access them. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again.

Convenient location to everything we wanted to see in NYC. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed an extra blanket and towels. Great quality for the price!
