Had an amazing time there with friends! Staff was so awesome as they answered all the questions we had and were super accommodating! Got there earlier than expected and they stored our luggage for us while we explored! Would stay again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff; everyone was pleasant which helped make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was close to theaters, shops and restaurants; it’s less than a ten minute walk to the Javits Center which is a plus. The only downside is that the room did not have a microwave and our room didn’t have a window. I will be booking there again because it’s a fun boutique hotel!

Very nice except didnt care for the black walls in hallways and in room. It made everything seem gloomy, when im sure chuc was the goal. The location was great. The sliding glass door to the bathroom was very hard to move and loud. I would stay there again.

The vibe is cool and the staff was great. Rooms are spacious as heck for NYC as well. Our room, however was...damp? The internal/external vibe is cool but...our room was like we were staying at a beach. The TV also gave us issues and contacting the front desk from your phone is like going thru Legends of the Hidden Temple as a phone menu.
